Spells
There are spells. Spells are special. Use the spells. Don't hurt yourself with the spells. Wouldn't it be lovely if the rules where like that? Yes yes, we know. Okay, here's deal chickies: To use a spell it has to have been run by the GMs and updated up onto this page. Within this month (before classes) there will be a list of spells available, but if you have something specific in mind you must get it approved.
According to each spell there will be a year level. We don't want a first year already knowing a fourth year attack spell that will render everyone dead. Fun... but not.
Regarding Spells: Spells used in the actually Harry Potter series are, of course, approved. However, keep in mind which years used the certain spells and the situations they were used in. You can't bust out an "Avada Kadavra"...Kadabra... (Must check that) every three seconds. Hell, you can't bust it out at ALL. Number one, it's illegal. Number two, it's just plain cheap. All other Unforgivable curses are also forbidden. However, friendly stuff like "lumos" and "wingardium leviosa" are just fine (leave my spelling alone. I need to bust out the books again...)
