Appearance: Edward is a rather slim boy; he weighs around 130 pounds and stands at a height of 5�6. He has long waist length jet black hair, with a few chunky bangs that have a habit of falling into his eyes; he is often seen brushing them away to clear his vision though he hardly seems irritated about it. His eyes are golden yellow but only because he wears coloured contacts, his true eye colour is actually a soft blue which almost appears to be grey; his eyelashes are slightly longer than the average boy and they are the same colour as his hair, which makes his eyes stand out all the more. His skin is an ivory tone, it�s apparent that he doesn�t get much sunlight and when he does he often covers up. His body is slightly defined, there isn�t much fat on his body so it�s mostly muscle and can�t help standing out. His right ear is pierced once up near the edge of his ear. He is usually seen wearing loose black pants, which hang off his hips with a tight black t-shirt and other dark colors, however most of the time he wears his house robes, a lot of the time even when it isn�t required.
Notable Traits: Edward has Ailurophobia, which is a fear of cats but he also suffers from Glossophobia which he try�s to cover up. This is a fear of speaking/speaking in public. Its part of the reason why he doesn�t talk much, however he�s survived three years at Shastina so far. He mostly covers it up by being slightly anti-social or just giving people a bored smile and walking about. He can also and plays the windpipes.
Personality: Edward has Glossophobia and so many people tend to thing he�s stuck up because he won�t talk to them. He has been successful in hiding his fears from the student body of Shastina however it does both him more than he lets on. Do to his looks and the fact he doesn�t talk he has been dubbed as the silent type, though his reputation around Shastina isn�t that of a nerdy boy (even though he can be seen reading often) but rather as the cool silent type. More willing to give people a smile then a hello. If Edward wasn�t suffering from Glossophobia he would probably be a much more popular, well liked person, however he is so�he isn�t. When alone he can be a pretty creative person but he hates to be watched so if anyone is around he tends to not do too much around them. He isn�t involved in sports for this reason�in true his fear takes a big hold of him and doesn�t allow him to do much when he�s in public. He is, however, almost a completely different person when he is by himself, funny, much more energetic. But people don�t see this side of him�and probably never will.
History: Very little of Edward's history is known, even to himself. At the age of 13 he was in a car accident and suffered a massive concussion and was in a coma for a month. When he woke up he didn�t know who he was and couldn�t remember any of the details of his life. He knew the basics, he could still read, write and knew of the world and how it was but anything pertaining to his personal self was lost. His parents had died in the car accident and he was sent to live with his aunt, however they thought it might be too traumatic to tell him what really happened and so they told him he fell out of a tree. They decided also not to tell him of his real parents, his Aunt took over the role of his mother and his uncle his father. Till this day Edward believes that they are his parents because no one has ever told him and not too many people know about the fact either. Once it became clear that Edward had magical abilities, which he was a little surprised at. His aunt/mother was also surprised because magical talent hadn�t shown up in their family for generations (Even though they line had once been a powerful line of witches/wizards). However she was quick to tell Edward that it was a very normal part of his life and when he turned 15 he was sent away to Shastina Academy to develop his magic skills. Edward is into Divination because even though he isn�t obsessed with his live before the car accident he would like to know what, who he was before it happened, plus a lot of it doesn�t imply too much talking. He other favourite class is Transfiguration; he's skilled in class, but unwilling to try too much outside the classroom considering it is very difficult for him to undo the magic cased.
