Thank you for your interest in the New NFL Franchise. We have received a huge response from fifth graders across the globe. To ensure that all prospective owners have the same opportunity, we have established the following guidelines:
1. The New NFL Franchise must reside in the United States.
2. There may not be another NFL Team located in that state.
3. You and your team of experts must prepare a presentation to be presented to the commissioner and team owners by Super Bowl Sunday 2002. Be prepared to answer questions and support you choice of location, team name, name of the stadium, cheerleaders, food venders and other questions that may be posed by the panel.
We look forward to your presentation. Remember that you are one group of thousands vying for the honor of owning the New NFL Team. You will need to have a quality presentation to persuade the panel.
