Appraise - Your ability to know an item's value.
Balance - How well you balance.
Bluff - How well you can lie openly.
Climb - How well you can climb an item.
Concentration - Your ability to hold a spell or technique in adverse conditions.
Craft - Applies to making things with your hands.
Decipher Script - Your ability to read ancient runes, etc...
Diplomacy - How well you can solve problems through talking.
Disable Device - Used to disarm traps (Auto: Theives).
Disguise - How well you can conseal yourself.
Escape Artist - Used for untying oneself, etc...
Forgery - Ability to fake documents.
Gather Information - How well you find information.
Handle Animal - Ability to handle animals.
Heal - Your skill at non-magical healing.
Stealth - Your ability to hide and move silently.
Intimidate - Using a show of force to aid in interrogation.
Jump - Your jumping ability.
Knowledge - Your range of knowledge on a particular subject, note: Every subject counts against the alloted 12 skills.
Listen - Ability to listen for nearby enemies.
Open lock - Your skill at picking locks (Auto: Theives) Perform - How well you preform talents infront of an audience.
Profession - Your skill at a specific civilian job.
Ride - Applies to riding anything, horses, elephants, etc...
Search - Ability to search your surroundings for hidden items, doors, etc...
Sense Motive - Your ability to detect lies.
Sleight of Hand - Applies to, hiding a small weapon, stealing someone's purse, etc...
Speak Language - Allows you to speak, read, and write the selected language. note: any character with a race or class that has a language other than common automatically gets those without it counting against their alloted 12 skills.
Spellcraft - Your ability to identify the effects and origins of different spells.
Spot - Survival - Your ability to live in wilderness conditions, applies to gathring food, starting a fire, etc...
Swim - How well you swim.
Tumble - Your ability to roll out of danger/regain your balance by rolling.
Use Magic Device - Your ability to use rods, wands, etc...
Use Rope - How deft you are at tying knots, etc...

Any skills indented under another indicate that the first skill is required for the others.

Acrobatic - You gain a bonus on jump and tumble checks.
Agile - You gain a bonus on balance and escape artist checks.
Alertness - You gain a bonus on listen and spot checks.
Animal Affinity - You gain a bonus to handle animal and ride checks.
Armor Proficiency (Light) - You can fight in lightweight armor (i.e leather).
 Armor Proficiency (Medium) - You can fight in medium armor (i.e. chainmail).
  Armor Proficiency (Heavy) - You can fight in heavy armor (i.e. plate mail).
Athletic - You gain a bonus on run and swim checks.
Augment Summon - Creatures called through a summon spell are stronger.
Blind-Fight - You can fight well in darkness/opponent has concealment.
Combat Casting - You gain a bonus to concentration checks during combat.
Combat Expertise - you can fight defensively very well.
 Improved Disarm - You are especially adept at disarming your opponents.
 Improved Feint - You are especially good at leading your opponents into mistakes in combat.
 Improved Trip - You are especially adept at tripping opponents.
 Whirlind attack - Make a melee attack against all surrounding foes.
Combat Reflexes - You are excellent at finding holes in the enemies defense and utilizing them.
Deceitful - You gain a bonus to disguise and forgery checks.
Deft Hands - You gain a bonus to sleight of hand and use rope checks.
Diligent - You gain a bonus to appraise and use rope checks.
Dodge - You are very good at dodging enemy attacks.
 Mobility - You can move around a battlefield easily, even when it's dense with fighting.
 Spring Attack - You make a leaping attack at the opponent with great power.
Endurance - You can perform strenuous activities for longer.
 Diehard - You do not fall unconcious from wounds.
 Great Fortitude - You are good at resisting poisons.
Improved Counterspell - You are adept at turning another mage's spells.
Improved Critical - You score massive damage more often.
Improved Initiative - You are usually the first to act in a combat situation.
Improved Unarmed Strike - Your fists/feet deal damage like weapons.
 Improved Grapple - You are effective at grappling with opponenets.
 Deflect Arrows - You can deflect some ranged attacks.
  Snatch Arrows - You can catch some deflected ranged attacks.
 Stunning Fist - Your unarmed strikes can daze opponents.
Investigator - You gain a bonus to gather info. and search checks.
Iron Will - You are good at resisting mind affecting spells/techs.
Leadership - You can attract followers.
Lightning Reflexes - You can easily dodge traps.
Magical Aptitude - You gain a bonus to spellcraft and use magic device checks.
Mounted Combat - You can fight while on a mount.
 Mounted Archery - You are adept at firing ranged weapons from horseback.
 Ride by Attack - You can charge past an enemy, dealing them damage, while sustaining little yourself.
  Spirited Charge - You deal massive damage charging on horseback.
 Trample - Enemies have trouble avoiding your charges while mounted.
Negotiator - You recieve a bonus on diplomacy and sense motive checks.
Nimble Fingers - You gain a bonus on open lock and disable device checks.
Persuasive - You gain a bonus on bluff and intimidate checks.
Point Blank Shot - You can make ranged attacks at a very short distance.
 Far Shot - you can make ranged attacks from great distances.
 Precise Shot - You are especially accurate with ranged weapons.
 Rapid Shot - You can make more ranged attacks, faster.
 Manyshot - You can shoot several arrows at a time.
 Shot on the Run - You are adept at using your ranged weapons while moving.
  Improved Precise Shot - You are VERY accurate with ranged weapons.
Power Attack - You can make a less accurate melee attack that deals more damage.
 Cleave - You can cut through several foes at a time.
  Great Cleave - You can cut through even more foes with a single strike.
 Improved Bull Rush - You are adept at charging opponents.
 Improved Overrun - You can trample right over some enemies.
 Improved Sunder - You are adept at breaking opponents weapons.
Quick Draw - You can change weapons rapidly.
Rapid Reload - You load crossbows fater than normal.
Run - You can run faster, longer.
Self Sufficient - You gain a bonus on heal and survival checks.
Sheild Proficiency - You can fight while using a sheild.
 Improved Sheild Bash - You can strike powerful blows with a sheild.
 Tower Sheild Proficiency - You can use a tower sheild in combat.
Simple Weapon Proficiency - You can use simple weapons in battle.
Martial Weapon Proficiency - You can use martial weapons in combat.
Spell Focus - You are more effective with the selected school of magic.
 Greater Spell Focus - You are even more effective with the selected school of magic.
Spell Mastery - Mages can prepare some spells with out their spellbook.
Spell Penetration - Your spells can break through some magic resistances.
 Greater Spell Penetration - Your spells can break through more resistances.
Stealthy - You are naturally stealthy, and gain a bonus on stealth checks.
Toughness - You gain extra health.
Track - Your ability to follow a trail (Auto: Rangers).
Two-Weapon Fighting - You can fight fairly well with 2 weapons (Auto: Rangers).
 Two Weapon Defense - You can defend easily with 2 weapons.
 Improved Two-Weapon Fighting - You are good at fighting with 2 weapons.
  Greater two Weapon Fighting - You excel at fighting w/2 weapons.
Weapon Finesse - You handle the selected weapon with grace and dexterity.
Weapon Focus - You handle the selected weapon with more power.
 Greater Weapon Focus - You handle the weapon with exceptional power.
Weapon Specialization - You are very good at handling the weapon.
  Greater Weapon Specialization - You excel at handling the selected weapon.
