Robert Theodore Shackleton Family
Robert Theodore Shackleton was the seventh child and third son of John Ogden Shackelton and Anny "Mary" Wintermute. It is said that Robert did not change the spelling of his last name, spelling it Shackleton. He married Dorcas Blossom who is the sister to Benjamin Blossom who married Robert's sister, Jane. Robert served in the Civil War and is buried in Vicksburg, Mississippi.
