Roger has given well over 100 presentations to state, national, and international organizations during his career in city management. In so doing, he has served as keynote speaker, guest speaker, discussion leader, program moderator, and conference panel member. He has given presentations to a diverse assortment of organizations, including the American Management Association, American Society for Public Administration, International City/County Management Association, Junior Statesmen Foundation, League of Women Voters, Presidential Interns (Western Region), The Conference Board, U.S. Chamber of Commerce, Western Governmental Research Association, Government Finance Officers Association, and the the World Future Society. He has also given presentations at several leading American universities, including Harvard University, the University of California, the University of Connecticut, Rutgers University, and others.
