If you have a home like the one above, setting up an office is probably not too hard to do. There is bound to be room in there somewhere for all the stuff you may need. For telecommuting, you need a computer with a modem, a printer, a scanner, a telephone, a desk, and various other and sundry things, and again, the place in which to put it all! Everyone knows a neat and orderly office is the proper way to keep things organized for efficiency.  If, however, you live in a smaller abode or don't have the room for a separate office, you may try to just set aside a small portion of the living area for your office. 
Without careful planning, however, you work space could end up looking like this. Serenata's desk pretty much looks like this. It became painfully clear that I would need to find a suitable location for the Serenata Nu world headquarters. All diligence was put into finding the right space. After applying due diligence, consideration of such economic factors as money, location, money, convenience, money, traffic flow, money, and cash flow (oh! did I mention money?), we finally found the place we could afford!
