| What will there be to eat? If you really mean... will you make me eat vegetables/fish/yukky stuff? The answer is NO! We don't try to MAKE anyone eat anything. From the questionnaire you fill in at the start, we will know your likes and dislikes and although we may suggest you try something new, we will never punish you for not eating. | What will there be to do? Most of the time there will be a choice of activities but some days we will have a planned activity going on such as an outing to the park or library, which everybody will participate in. You can do quiet activities such as reading, puzzles and art or play board games, PS2/PC games or your own games. There are opportunities to cook, paint, create models and more. You can play with the younger children, you can chat, listen to music, sing, dance or dress-up. If there is anything you would like to do, we are open to suggestions - we may say no but then again we may say YES! Click here for more information on activities |

Are there any rules? The short answer is YES! They are similar to rules you may have at school and are there to ensure everybody has a safe, happy time with us. Click here for House Rules What will happen if I break the rules? It depends which rule and how badly but generally you will be given an opportunity to explain why you did it and apologise if appropriate - for example if you hurt somebody. If rules are often broken then there will be consequences to fit the 'crime' - you will be warned beforehand, don't worry!

Can I watch TV? Yes you can, in moderation. There is so much else to do that you might find you don't want to though! We have Sky in one room but you will need to choose favourite programmes and put them on the timetable. This is so that you all get a fair share of viewing. The PS2 is on the same TV so there may be some compromising to do.
What other children will be there? We have our own 2 girls aged 4 and 13, who will be there if not at clubs etc. We have different children on different days but at the moment the youngest is 20 months and the oldest is 7 with a variety in between!
Can I go somewhere to be on my own? That really depends on how many other children are here, and where they are! If you really feel like you need to be on your own, though, come and speak to us about it - we might be able to help. If all else fails.... there's always the bathroom!!
