26-August-03 *phew...i've been able to get up to date with everything... completely updated the snaps section, and added 2 new trips.."Hong Kong" and "my kids" as well as a few more links...there's a lot more to see...and im a lot happier with the quality of the photography...esp in snaps...i've done the this is my apartment type stuff...and i hope this site will be a little more insightfull into Taiwan and it's culture... like i said there is a lot of new stuff...so have a good look around...and dont be shy to let me know what you think....enjoy! 20-August-03 I've added an email guestbook...so please leave your email and i'll notify you of any major additions to the site...please use this! it only takes a second and you'll only have to come back when there is something new 17-August-03 Yes! we are online...been really busy working like a madman and skipping in and out of the country...so i hav'nt had much time to work on this...as a result most of the pics are pretty old...and i've got a backlog of new pictures and shoots, including the night ride and the hong kong trip which i still need to add...that'll hopefull be done by next weekend... 26-July-03 This site is a photographic visual diary, it's under development, so check back later.... it should be fully up and running by mid-August. Welcome! I put this site together as a photo diary for my life here in taiwan...i've tried writing a few mails concerning some of my experiences here...but i talk best through images... it's also my first stab a working website...it's not meant to be a design jerk off at all...just want to show you some pics...as you can see im using the free hosting service from yahoo geocities...which means that there will be ads splattered all over the place...it's a necessary evil...all you can do is close them when u see them...so they dont get in the way...also I've put very little energy into making this site poep-small bandwith friendly...i didnt bother with thumbnails..some of the pages are pretty big...as a result this site may be a bit of a slog on some connections sorry! ...please be patient though...the pics should be worth the wait... also...please check back regularly...i should be updating it once a week from now on...thanks for coming....enjoy! ...charlz
