Moonshadow

Moonshadow commenced in the year 1976 and this is the 28 th year the Moonshadow shall be held. Moonshadow is the cultural festival held by the hall where literary and debating and the cultural talent among the halls is show cased. The four halls including Martin hall takes part in this cultural extravaganza that goes on for three day. End of the third day the winners are announced, followed by the rock show. There are three shields one for the overall champion, the entertainment and finally the L&D shield. Moonshadow is the miniature form of the college cultural festival the 'DEEPWOODS'.

Hall Day

The Hall Day is the annual event conducted after the completion of the cabinets' manifestos and portfolios. On this day the General Secretary reads a report which speaks about the hall's achievements during the tenure of the cabinet. Guests are invited on this day by the residents. This is the only day when girls can enter the hall particularly the rooms of the residents. The report of the General Secretary is followed by the chief guest's speech who will be an ex-selaiyurian after which entertainment activities shall be put up by the residents. Finally dinner shall be served.
