Underground Seattle

After the Pulse,
crime skyrocketed and gangsters slowly started setting up shop in Seattle. Sketchy,
being a young, aspiring, capitalist, decided to work as a mule for some Russian
gangsters. He�d go to the door of a secret casino and he�d be given an envelope
full of money to drop off at a certain location. He made pretty good money for each
run. One day Sketchy decided to show off for Chrisette at the bike ramps. After
performing, Chrisette gave him a stunt to try. He said he could do it but crashed and
burned at the end. When he fell, the envelope he was carrying that day fell out of his
bag�s outer pocket. The owner, Rafe, gave Sketchy 36 hours to come up with the
money or else. Max and O.C. pretended to be strippers looking for a good time in
order to get into the casino and try to win back the money Sketchy owed. They came
through, of course. |

One night outside Crash, Max beats up
several thugs and a strange guy lends a hand. During a later Eyes Only mission
she sees him jump a ten foot fence. She returns to her bike and finds a picture of
her from that night outside Crash. Max tracks the guy down and finds pictures of
ex-cons. She sees one without an x across the picture and calls Logan to get an
address. Max gets there just as the weirdo kicks the door in. Outside the window
Max sees a hoverdrone. Back at Logan's, the weirdo, Phil, told Max and Logan he
noticed ex-cons were being shot so he made it his mission to try and save them.
He then shows them his exoskeleton, which enables him to run faster and jump
higher than usual. His little sister Francesca was killed when several guys broke
into their home after the pulse. He wasn't able to protect her then so he's making
up for it now. As the three of them attempt to destroy the killer hoverdrone, one of
the exoskeleton's motors is damaged. Max convinces Phil he should stop
crime-fighting and go visit his mother. As a parting gift he leaves the exoskeleton to
Logan. |
