Because of Max's feline DNA, she goes into heat two to three times a year, which
means she basically wants to jump the first guy she can get her hands on. Darren
was one of Max's heat victims who later became her boyfriend. The more Darren
tried to get close to Max the more she pushed him away, because of her past. Max
broke up with him after she found him with his head under her friend Justine's skirt.

Diamond and Original Cindy broke up when Diamond went to
jail. She showed up at Crash one night and told O.C. she turned over a new leaf
and wanted to start over. One night Diamond, Max & O.C. go out and Max spots
some guys waiting at the end of an alley and she tells O.C. and Diamond to split.
The two of them run off, but not before Diamond gets a good look at Max's fighting skills.
It turns out the thugs are bounty hunters after Diamond. She had been serving her sentence at a place called Synthadine. The people there told inmates they were suffering from AIDS or some kind of cancer. The inmates would agree to undergo treatment, but they didn't know Synthadine was using their bodies as incubators to build better viruses. As long as inmates took their meds the virus was contained, but Diamond escaped and if she didn't return soon she would become contagious. Diamond had told O.C. about her "cancer" and the two of them got on the next bus to Mexico. Synthadine caught up with them and took O.C and Diamond into custody. Max breaks in and tells the girls what's going on. Max helps Diamond into a protective suit so she can sneak past the guards and get to the man in charge. She then took off the mask and kissed him. If she was gonna die she was taking him with her. |
