    Hidden messageS-Tools3.zip(277K) is a collection of Steganography programs which enable the hiding of files within Pictures (bmp, gif), Sound files (wav) and the free space on floppies.

    S-Tools4.zip(272K) is for use with WIN95/NT (not Windows 3.1). It has drag and drop features and requires the use of a password. (It does not seem to be compatible with S-tools3, and does not store on floppy free space.) Alt site

    Data Stash 1.1 Steganography - You can hide files into .exe, .com, .mpg, .wav, .bmp and so on. Includes Blowfish encryption.

    Masker v2.0 The RC4 encrypted file can be hidden in the following files - imagefile (bmp, gif, jpg, tif); audiofile (wav, mid, snd, mp3); programfile (exe, dll); videofile (avi, mov, mpg).

    Invisible Secretes 3 Invisible Secrets provides five carriers: JPEG, PNG, BMP, HTML and WAV. Invisible Secrets uses strong cryptography: Blowfish, Twofish, RC4 (RC4 is a registered trademark of RSA Data Securities Inc.), Cast128, GOST, Rijndael, Diamond 2 and Sapphire II.

    Private Idaho (itech.net) Many new features, uses PGP 6.xx. Not Freeware.

    Private Idaho is a shell for PGP, which specializes in automating remailings, and anonservers. {version 2.8b8}. Supports the use of 'Nyms' detailed below.

    Mooseoft Encrypter 2.0 You can choose between Blowfish, Cast128, Cast256, GOST, IDEA, MARS, Misty1, RC2, RC5, RC6, Rijndael and Twofish. You can also wipe files, make self-decrypting exe files, send encrypted files via e-mail, merge files and make secure passwords.(Freeware)

    21 A OTP (one time pad) with additional 21 encryption algorithm.

    MP CryptThe files/directories are strongly encrypted using the TINY encryption algorithm. Written in pure assembly it's only 19K.

    Encrypt Easy Version 2.1 - Encrypt Easy uses the 67 encryption methods. This version also has self extracting.

    Muddle - Blowfish File Encryption This utility provides fast, secure file encryption using Blowfish. It can be used in Windows 95, 98 or NT 4.0. Freeware

    Jaded v1.0 Free. All the top encryption algorithms.

    OpenCrypt Version 1.0.5 OpenCrypt is an encryption program written by Noam Lewis, designed to allow usage of multiple algorithms. Comes with Blowfish.

    sCrypt 1.1 Free Blowfish 128 bit file encryptor.

    DPCrypt 1.0 for Win95/98/NT using Blowfish, GOST, MARS, RC6 and Rijndael. Site has other good utilities.

    Twofish1 File encryption program using Twofish. Free

    Kryptel version 3.7 File and Folder Encryption using DES, 3DES, Blowfish, IDEA and Twofish. (Not free)

    Quick:CRYPT Right click from Windows Explorer and encrypt with Blowfish (Freeware)

    File Vault Encrypt several files into one (can be self-extracting) Freeware using Blowfish

    CodedDrag v2.1 Nice upgrade. Now uses DES, Triple-DES and Blowfish. All nicely integrated into Windows 95. No longer Freeware

    Spinning Key Blowfish Advanced CS Version 2.12 Now FREEWARE!!! Nice Win9x/NT version includes algorithms Blowfish - PC1 (RC4) - TDES - Twofish & file wiping. Can also substitute random characters for file names. Also has a clever Dummy program, which produces files that appear to be encrypted. What makes this program unique is the fact that all 256 characters can be used to form the password. This greatly increases the key strength.

    Kremlin version 2.21 ASCII (Caesar), Blowfish, CAST-128, IDEA, NewDES, RC4, Safet SK-128 and Vingenere (Shareware=Partially cripple, Reg=$35)

    Magic Folders Not encryption, but completely removes directories from sight and use.

    BURP 1.01 A general purpose public-domain file encryption/decryption utility for DOS and Windows 95/98/NT. Unceremoniously called BURP (for Blowfish Updated Re-entrant Project), it is a console command-line utility program designed as a test-bed for trial use and code review. [Very compact and functional. Leaves no tell-tale header in file.]

    SHA Hash Generate a SHA hash of a file or string. (Great to use as a password generator. Type a simple word and get a 40 character password. Easy to copy and paste.)
