Classes now forming!
These classes are designed to help you understand the Tarot through symbolism and your own intuition.
Beginning Tarot I: (Date TBA) In part 1, we will begin with the proper care and handling of your deck and how to choose the best deck for you. Then, the symbolism of each of the Major Arcana will be discussed in detail.
Beginning Tarot II: (Date TBA) In this part, we will cover the Minor Arcana: the meanings of the four suits, court cards, and the pips. Exercises for getting in touch with your intuition and understanding the cards will be included.
Cost is $30 for both classes, or $15 per class. Former students get $5 off part 2. For both beginning classes, please bring a "standard" (Rider-Waite style) deck and a notebook. If you have any questions, please call Passages at (479) 442-5845.
Intermediate Tarot: (Date TBA) For those who have already learned the meanings of the cards and want to go to the next level: how the cards relate to each other in a reading or spread.
In this class, we will learn new spreads and ways of working with them. We will also learn permutations—what they are, how to do them, and what they mean.
Techniques for dealing with negative cards will also be discussed.
Cost is $20. For this class, please bring your favorite deck and a notebook.
