Our busy kids classes are at:
Kirn Drive Community Centre on Monday's and Friday nights. A modern facility with good heating in the winter and decent size hall
for training. There are also mats for practising throws and self defence techniques. We have been practising at Kirn Drive for many years.
Classes are Monday's 7.00pm until 8.00pm for Kids ages 5 to 12 and 08:15pm until 09:30pm for Adults - Friday's 6.00pm until 7.00pm for kids and 7.10pm until 8.10pm for adults.

Gourock's
Binnie Street Community Centre is no longer used by Scottish Freestyle.
Gourock has been home to John's Kickboxing Clubs for over 14 Years . Binnie Street has very sentimental memories for Jackie and John, for both of them received their 1st Dan Black Belts within it's Dojo Hall, (John - September 1994 and Jackie - 1996).
"Get Fit, the martial way", all participants have heaped praise on the classes, you can make it easy or hard for yourself, one things for sure, once you get the bug for training you'll find a new natural "high". It IS fun !!
For 14 Years now, Kids and Adults have benefited from Martial Arts Classes at Gourock's Club(s), gaining fitness, street confidence, discipline, and learning respect for ones fellow neighbour. We will outlast our competition as we have moved with the times and created an adaptable art, quick and effective to learn, in a disciplined but friendly atmosphere, as Kids and Adults we have received from other local clubs declare, we are a fresh breath of air.......
