Has the football world really come to this? The decision by Millwall to ban not only our fans, but other high profile first division clubs fans too, is nothing short of disgraceful. Not that it is Millwall's fault entirely though, the "fans" that tag themselves to these clubs are the culprits. What about the real football fans? The ones that support them week in, week out, forking out hundreds of pounds for a season ticket? These are the ones that are going to have to suffer. Surely there is a way around the situation as well. Why not only allocate tickets to season ticket holders, give them their ticket on the day of the game and tell them to bring sufficient ID with them? Stoke do have a hooligan element, but name me a club that doesn't? Exactly. We have to remember that these hooligans are in the vast minority, but are intent on spoiling it for the majority. If they want to fight, let them all into one huge room and leave them to it. Not much happening at the moment, bar the probable departure of Bjarni Gudjonsson. Yes, he may have the second most assists last season in the whole division, but lets not kid ourselves. Bjarni isn't good enough and never has been. 1 good game is follwed by 10 bad or mediocre ones, and the fact is, we can do better. With Gudjon going, it seems obvious that Bjarni will follow his Dad, after all, will he want to work with people who in some peoples eyes, treated his Father badly? People like Jamie Burt from Chesterfield, maybe Scott Murray from Bristol City if we are feeling adventurous. Another current rumour is that Sergei Shtaniuk is wanted by Blackburn. It is vital that we keep our defence how it is, last season we didn't have to worry about the back 4 in one game. Cheers for listening SuperStokie
