Our organization is composed of the graduates of the SB CENTREX LEADERSHIP TRAINING PROGRAM, conducted yearly for the creation of young leaders, committed to serve. 

        The organization has formulated its own vision, of becoming a factory of effective leaders, standing by our mission to commit ourselves in the development and formation of competitive Filipino youth.

        The program’s graduated batch 1 trainees make up the organization’s CORE GROUP. These are the people behind every activity, who share the same passion in fulfilling their social responsibilities as honed leaders of the program.

        The CORE GROUP members lead committees that comprise the organization. These are the Publications and Research Com, Membership Com, Cultural Com, Finance Com, Educational Propaganda/ Speakers’ Pool Facilitator Com, Employment / Capacity Building Com, Outreach Committee and the IT Group. Committees work harmoniously with each other, leaning towards the improvement of the organization.

        Presently, the org is propped up by the Scholarship and Youth Development Programs (SYDP), an arm of the Quezon City local government, which has been CENTREX’S firm foundation, and which has opened avenues for us to realize our goals. The org also acts as a chapter of SYDP, in which we actively take part of its worthwhile programs for the youth.

            Our organization has just been born. It is yet to be highly established, but we believe that we’re already making history. With our zeal for being committed, quality leaders and continuously glorify the Father, we live up to our mission, and hang-on to our dreams. We are indeed, making a really big difference!
