January 29, 2004: well I haven't been updating because I have been in and out of the hospital with pnuemonia. I am hanging in there, and Gracie is doing just fine. I have gained around 11 pounds total so far and am about 32 weeks at this point. I feel huge, can't breathe, and can't sleep. I CAN NOT WAIT TILL SHE IS BORN!!!! Of course I suppose she will most likely keep me awake in other ways then. But at least I will have my body back. |

Been in the hospital for a while with Toxemia. I was told I had to stay till Grace was born. Finally the day arrived and they did an emergency c-section. Her pic and birth info are below. She is beautiful! Caleb absolutely and adores her. |

Caleb and Gracie at the hospital on Gracie's first day. She is NICU [Neonatal Intensive Care Unit] because she was 6 weeks early.
She did very well though and came home on day 4.
Then she gave us scare and stopped eating and lost a lot of weight. She is doing great now and eating like a piglet. Today she weighs 7 lbs 6 oz [March 11,2004.] |
