Chapter 6
Paul dragged Claire to the other side of the set and made her sit down.
"That was interesting" he said sitting next to her.
"She's such a bitch! I wish she had never come back" she said.
"You don't mean that" Paul said.
"Oh I don't?" Claire asked.
"Well, you kept missing her while she was gone" Paul said.
"Well, I forgot how mean she was" Claire said.
"John and I get in fights all the time" Paul said "It'll blow over."
"I don't ever see you fight" Claire said.
"Well we do. We just get over them fast" Paul said.
"You know what she asked when she came back, if you were sleeping around" Claire retorted.
"What?" Paul asked "Why did she ask that?"
"Because she's a bitch! And in some books it said you were a womanizer" Claire said.
"I am not" Paul said.
"Tell her not me" Claire said crossing her arms over her chest.
Meanwhile George and Sydney were at the opposite side of the set.
"I wish she would have gone back to the future and stayed there, instead of me" Sydney said.
"No, she's a good friend" George said.
"That's not my defination of a friend" Sydney said.
"Come on she missed you" George said.
"Have you not noticed how she's taking Paul away from the group?" Sydney asked.
"I never really thought of that but..." he said drifting off.
"See you know what I'm talking about" Sydney said jumping up.
"Well yeah, I suppose I do" George said.
"Don't let her do that! She's taking Paul away" Sydney yelled.
George was silent.
"You'll have to become a trio" Sydney said.
"You need to apolgize" George said.
"I'm not apoligizing for anything" Sydney said.
"Well you're going to fake it then" George said grabbing her arm.
Meanwhile Paul had been dragging Claire over to apolgize to Sydney as well.
"Oh no you're supposed to be taping" Claire said.
"Don't worry about it" Paul said.
George and Paul had Sydney and Claire meet in the middle of the set. John and Ringo were there.
"I'm sorry Sydney" Claire said.
"Two faced tramp" Claire added under her breath.
"Well I'm not sorry, George made me come over here!" Sydney said.
"See Paul, I tried" Claire said.
"Sydney!" George said.
"Well I'm not sorry, and I'm not going to lie!" Sydney cried.
"You know what, you guys have to tape. I'm going," Claire said turning and leaving.
"Bye!" Paul called after her.
Everyone looked over at Sydney.
"Good riddance to bad rubbish" Sydney said.
"She's not rubbish" Paul said.
"You're right about what you said" George said to Sydney.
"What was that?" Paul asked.
"We were talking about something earlier" George said.
"Boy, it's sure going to be easy for you to act cheerful on the train" John said.
"Maybe we should shoot tomorrow" Brian suggested.
"No, I'm leaving! I can tell when I'm not wanted" Sydney said.
"Sydney..." George called but Sydney was too far away.
Meanwhile Claire had gone back to the hotel. She was laying on the couch when Sydney stormed in. She slammed the door and Claire looked up.
"Oh, it's you" Claire said.
Sydney was silent.
"I don't care if you're not talking to me!" Claire said.
Sydney was still silent and turned on the TV really loud.
"I was trying to sleep" Claire said.
"Good for you, aren't you lucky?" Sydney said rolling her eyes.
"Uhh... Sydney I told Paul what you told me earlier" Claire said.
"Well, I told George" Sydney said.
"You told him what?" Claire asked confused.
"That you're trying to be a Yoko Ono" Sydney said.
"You did not!" Claire said.
"There you go spazing again" Sydney said.
" What did you expect? Why'd you tell him that?" Claire asked.
"I was mad. Look, we came back in time together, we can handle this," Sydney said.
"You're right. We need to stick together" Claire said.
"All you need is love" Sydney said smiling.
"Right! So let's use it" Claire said.
"Ugh, Paul like hates me now, dosen't he?" Sydney asked.
"Yeah, but George hates me too" Claire said.
They made up and sat down and watched TV for the rest of the afternoon. Later, the guys came home.
