It is best to contact Saving Arrows before attending any of the weekly demonstrations in order to confirm that there has not been any changes. Rare schedule changes do occur

Monday:
8am-10am - Virginia Women's Wellness
A Tidewater Women's Health Clinic 2pm-4pm
7pm - Saving Arrows' ***weekly meeting*** @ Landstown Community Church.

Tuesday:
9am-11am - A Tidewater Women's Health Clinic
3pm-5pm - Virginia Women's Wellness

Wednesday:
9am-11am - A Tidewater Women's Health Clinic
3pm-5pm - Virginia Women's Wellness

Thursday:
HELP NEEDED
Same as Tuesdays and Wednesdays, except team also splits up to cover Newport News clinic from 1pm-3pm

Friday:
HELP NEEDED
8am-10am - Virginia Women's Wellness
A Tidewater Women's Health Clinic 1pm-3:30pm

Saturday: 7:30am-10:30am - A Tidewater Women's Health Clinic protest.

Sunday: 12am-11:59pm - rest

Note: Weekly literature distribution on the boardwalk and prayer vilgils at abortion clinics will hopefully begin soon.
