No, we only accept order by mail with your empty cartridges and payment.

3.What is the shipping cost? How long will it take?
There is no shipping and handling charges with any order. Orders take between 3-6 business days . We can ship it in 3 business days if you pay with money order.

4. How do I know that you got my orders and you have already shipped my cartridges.
We will notice you by e-mail.

1. Why can empty laser toner cartridges be refilled? In most reason we replace laser toner cartridges is only that machine show the "low toner" message and none of the cartridge parts are broken. The cartridge will work fine if it has more toner. In fact, the key parts such as the drum, charging unit, and development unit , are not necessary replaced each time. Keep in mind, the laser toner cartridges can be refilled if the cartridge is just out off toner.

2. What kind of laser toner cartridges can be refilled? The Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) laser toner cartridges for copier, printer and fax machine are best for toner refill service. Since cartridges use all new parts. Compatible laser toner cartridges (like Xerox compatible cartridges) are also good. The recharged or remanufactured laser toner cartridges are not recommend to have toner refill service, because those cartridges have been used many time with minimum parts changed. Quality is not constant guaranteed.

3. Is the toner made by the same company that makes the brand-name cartridge toner? It might be, but there is no way to know for sure! What we do know is the performance of our toner is exactly the same as theirs or even better.

5. How can I trust your products and service? First all the product is fully manufacture tested and completely guaranteed. Second you know that how good your cartridges is. you always use yourself cartridges. We only fill toner into your cartridges. Third we keep track of refill times. You will know the maximum of refill times under your using condition.

7. How much can I save from toner refill service in stead of buying new cartridge? Depending on the type of laser toner cartridges, in average you can save 60-80% versus brand new cartridges (OEM) and 30-50% versus recharged or remanufactured cartridges.

8. How do I know that my cartridge need be refilled? Once you see whit streaks or light bands on the page and this problem will disappear by rock the cartridge several times. The toner inside the present cartridge has run low. If white streaks or light bands still appear on the page. The cartridges need toner refill service.

9. How do I know that my cartridge can not be refilled? If you see smear, spots, dots, blank spots, voids or other marks (A thin razor sharp, pencil line) on the page and the problem still appears on the page after you rock the cartridge several times. The problem may not cause by "low toner". you need to replace the present cartridge with a new cartridge.

10. How many times can I refill my cartridge? Depending on the type of laser toner cartridges and how you used the cartridges. Generally, Cartridges can be refill 3-5 times. Some custom report that their cartridges can be refill around 10 times (like E40). If you want to save maximum money, you can continue to use toner refill service until you are no longer satisfied the print quality.

15. What is the real difference between a remanufactured cartridge and toner refilled cartridge? Save more money on same quality. Many of our clients also complain that the remanufactured cartridges have leaking problem on some time. But not for our toner refill service.
