If you see smear, spots, dots, blank spots, voids or other marks (A thin razor sharp, pencil line) on the page and the problem still appears on the page after you rock the cartridge several times. The problem probably is not caused by "low toner". You need to replace the present cartridge with a new cartridge. Do not use this toner refill service.
