| 5/3/2004 It's so FUCKING hot!!! I need air conditioning!!!!! 4/28/2004 It has been unbearably hot that past few days. The temperature even hit the 100's in some places. So my friends and I decided yesterday that we should go to the beach today since we've been having some great beach weather. We figured it would be a good day for going to the beach. Boy were we wrong. I woke up today and it's probably only 70 degrees out there. Not so great. I mean, it's not cold or anything, but not the best tempatures for going to the beach. What is up with that? Are the weather gods just trying to fuck with us. It's like they knew we wanted to go out there and enjoy the nice warm sun!!! Oh, well. There's always another day to go to the beach. 4/22/2004 Sorry for the lack of updates. I've been busy. There are only 3 episodes of Friends left!!! What am I gonna do to fill the time slot on Thursday? I can't believe it's almost over. It's gonna be so sad. I really really really hope Ross and Rachel end up together. If they don't end up together it would be such a disappointment. I went out this past weekend with my friends and we all got pretty drunk. I have to say, it's been awhile since I've thrown up. It's not so fun. It makes me not want to drink again ever. I didn't even realize I had gotten that drunk. It kind of just hit me. One minute I was fine and the next minute I was just hammered! I did drink a massive amount of alcohol in a small amount of time though. Next time I need to spread the amount of drinks over a longer amount of time. That's it for now. It's late. I'm tired. I'm gonna get some sleep. 4-7-2004 I haven't been around in awhile, I know. I just don't have much to say lately. Today I went to Ralphs and rented a steam cleaner. I cleaned the carpets in my whole apartment. Not to toot my own horn or anything, but my carpets look damn good now. I was really tired afterwards though. I wish the damn thing would hold more water. I had to keep stopping to empty the dirty water tank and then add more solution to the cleaner. Nothing more to say for now. Talk to you all later. 3-31-2004 People (and when I say people I mean my neighbors) are so rude sometimes. In my building there is an elevator. If I ever get am in the elevator and I encounter a neighbor I will always acknowledge them in some way. I will either say hi, good morning, how are you, or something like that. Most of the time they will respond back. Other times they just stare at me and then continue to either get on or off the elevator. Today I was in the elevator. On the 2nd floor someone else got on. As she entered the elevator I said "Hi" and "how are you" to her in a cheerful voice. All she did was look at me. We then proceeded to ride down the elevator in silence. How rude is that? Would it have killed her to say hi back to me? I don't think so. Another thing that bothers me about my neighbors is when they don't expect you to be there. Let me clarify this for you. You know when you are getting in to or out of an elevator, you don't know if someone will be at the elevator wanting to get in or out. In this case lets assume you are in the elevator riding it down to the lobby. So when the elevator doors open, you automatically step off of the elevator. However, when you get there, there is someone in the lobby wanting to get inside the elevator and you weren't expecting this. You get startled when you see the other person and you almost walk in to them. If I am the person that startles the elevator rider, then I will step out of the way and say either "excuse me" or "sorry" to the person. Why is it that sometimes my neighbors look at me as if it was my fault. Like I was in their way and shouldn't have been standing there waiting for the elevator, because heaven forbid people use the elevator. I just don't get it. 3-26-2004 Went to happy hour the yesterday with some friends. Then went shopping. Not a good idea. Spent money I shouldn't have. Might have to make some returns. I bought a really cute mini skirt and a pair of boots.......and a pair of black high heeled shoes and another skirt. I should probably return them all, but damn, they all look good on me. Side note: What I really want to buy is uggs. I saw a lot of girls wearing them today. I've wanted them for soooooooooo long, but alas, they are no where to be found. I've been trying to buy them forever. I've put my name on waiting lists and everything. I guess here in LA LA land they aren't really necessary, but I just think they are so cute. Everytime I see a girl wearing them I just want to rip them off of her feet and make a mad dash for it. So any girls out there with uggs on - beware! I may just jack you for your boots. 3-24-2004 Ebay is a crazy and wonderful thing. You can get stuff on there for pretty cheap, like dvds and stuff. There is also some pretty crazy stuff on there. I've actually seen auctions for dryer lint. Please tell me why I would need to purchase dryer lint from some weirdo on ebay when I can get my own dryer lint right here in my own home. Craziness I tell you. I've got some dryer lint. If anyone wants some dryer lint then hit me up. No need to go to ebay for that. I've got all the dryer lint you need. Have you seen the auctions for fake girlfriends? Girls put up auctions to be someone's fake girlfriend. They will send letters, emails, and pictures to whoever wins the auction so that the winner and tell his friends and family that she is her girlfriend. Are there really guys who are willing to do this. Hell, if anyone out there wants a fake girlfriend, I'll do. I'll be your fake girlfriend. Weather here sucks lately. I don't like it. I need sun and warmth. Come back sun! That''s it for now people. I'm gonna go eat some cereal now. 3-23-2004 Rocky started coughing recently so I took him to the vet. Turns out he's sick. Poor puppy! It's nothing too serious though - thank god! He has to take medicine and needs lost of rest. The trip to the vet including the medicine was $175, but my dogs health is well worth it. That means I just have to cut back a little more this month. 3-22-2004 How was everyone's weekend? I spent mine studying and watching tv. Went out to some clubs on Saturday night. I have to say, I got a little tipsy. I don't normally drink a lot when I go out but this weekend I just needed to go out and have lots of fun. It's been that kind of week, you know. I don't remember a lot about what happened after we left the bars and headed home. But, I've been told that I started dancing around in the car and kept talking about going to go get some hot dogs from Pink's. I must of been really hungry. Has anyone seen the site Pimping the Poor? I found it the other day as I was surfing the net. It's pretty funny. You should check it out. Maybe I should try it out. I don't know if I could though. That's going a little to far for me. 3-19-2004 Guess how much money I spent on meals today? A whopping $5. $5 total for lunch AND dinner. Isn't that great! For lunch I had a filet-o-fish and fries from McDonalds and for dinner I had 2 fish tacos from Rubio's. For those of you who don't know, it's lent. On Fridays during lent Catholics can't eat meat. Hence, the trips to McDonalds and Rubio's. I ate ALL of my meals today for $5. You can barely get a single meal at most places for $5. I was quite happy at how inexpensive my meals for the day were. Granted these weren't the best meals in the world, but hey, they were cheap. And for someone in as much debt as me, that's all that matters. Vegas baby! I haven't been there in awhile and I'm getting the urge to go again. My friends and I started talkingm about heading out there soon. This will be the trip that I win damn it! I'm gonna win the jackpot on a slot machine! That would be so great. I love Vegas. The energy there is so great. The gambling, the clubs, the bars, the buffets! Vegas here I come! On another note..........I just realized that I havent'had any donations in awhile!!!! :( I guess people aren't feeling too charitable towards me lately. |
