JANUARY 2001:

Dear fans,

Welcome to 2001. We have just gotten work underway on the new release. Me, Mark and Mike began work. Aaron could not join us because we was out taking samples for a Blood Bank, wait no, he has mono and wished not to infect us all. he knew that if he were to come we wouldn't have been able to restrain ourselves and probably would have ended up making out, wait no.

Anyway we got much done on Opus #2, which sounds excellent sped up, and Opus #3. We finished Our More Introspective Side and Sean McNall Puts in His Two Scents. or Cents.

By far the highlight of the weekend (besides the rampant use of the word Orgy) was the 55 minute experimental jam Mark, Mike and I participated in. We set up mics near all of us and made noise. It was really awesome and it made me reflect on this: Noise is good. We were all beat about to go to bed and then this came up. The jam moved from ambient to melodic to ambient to melodic, rising and falling and getting better all the time. I had a really stressful week/day and it relieved it all. Banging on blocks, playing guitars with dope pedals, and making Walkie Talkies into instruments. The fruits of this labor will be released on the web site within the week (well, as soon as possible--mike). There are definite highlights and some parts that are not so great but overall the effect is grand. So as soon as you all can i would get together some people and make a great racket, you'll feel better for it.

I promise.

"ehhhh ahhhh AHHHHHH phtbbbbbtbtbbbbtbbtbtbbtbtb THANK THE LORD FOR BEANS"-Sean McNall
