A few extra
words PS: Today August 2006 I would like to add to
my Human Rights violations that I am now suffering of intense paralyzing pains
in my lower spine where I was injured and temporarily crippled and disabling
pains at the Dade County Fair premises on February 20, 1999. Though I was aides by an injury attorney

illegally detained by “Homeland Security” and ICE”. These knew of my disabling condition from the beginning by
telling them and their reading and copying my documentation in my possession. Because of the harshness of my detention facility, stiff painful metal
bunk, coldness of facility, not appropriate medical attention, medication,
denial of medical attention and to contact my physicians, my lumbar pains
have increased. I am weak, in more
pain, unbearable intense pain, loss of strength, unexplainable pains all over
my body. A nurse while drawing blood
from my right arm struck me with a needle, struck me wrong. Next day my right wrist above pained
me. I told the doctor at the
facility. He told me “nurse probably
struck a nerve”, because pain didn’t go away days after. I went back to the facility doctor whom
answered was “you know what, I think you’re a “hypochondriac”. Because I had a bad experience already
with abusive “workers comp” doctors during my back injury minimizing my
pains, saying “nothing wrong with you”, “you can go back to your job at
construction” and this caused me great psychological pain and suffering and I
avoided these abusive “workers comp” doctors. I explain this to my former attorney Bryan Christensen, whom himself
seem to be more on their side than mine, in 1999. The psychological abuse was too much. I cease visiting detention facility doctor as she also was on
my captors and abusers side. I was
forced to work against my will in facility kitchen despite I told them of my
medical, painful condition. I did not
want to volunteer no more. Nurse told
guard in charge “we don’t have no records of his injury or health problems,
he can work”. I told nurse “ I am
going to go on an indefinite hunger strike, you will be responsible for what
happens”. I was told I cannot work no
more and sent back to prisoner’s dorm, the noisiest, most problematic
one. But GOD protected me at all times. Their plan to cause me harm didn’t work. My right wrist has a very painful sensation, so painful it is
debilitating, feeble, sometimes I can’t grip things when it strikes me. The pains got so bad in my lumbar, neck,
back, spine, legs, right wrist, local medical authorities gave me a series of
injections and anti inflammatory medications that took away the pains,
swelling, throughout the body. I do
not know what was being given to me in the foods, drinks, at the detention
facility. But I swelled up to a quick
200 plus pound like never in my life from 170 lbs. My pressure was 160/100, never in my life that high! After eating food, we all notice how we
all got drowsy. Guys say sedating
chemicals was probably put in food.
Guards with list made sure we ate facility food. I began to have delaying problems
urinating when I never had those problems.
One Church brother told me over the phone “pray when you eating that
food, pray” The injections and anti inflammatory medications ease pain and caused
me to loose much fluids I was retaining.
I keep shuddering wondering “My GOD, what was those people putting in
our food?” When you hear “reports” of human rights abuse by
small insignificant countries, it is nothing compared to the abuse exerted
down on powerless minorities, immigrants and poor by a world power which vast
power is felt instantly and acutely on those powerless souls in their grip,
never forget that detail. I know this
whole abuse will be one more filed with no results or remedy. I promised all the other immigrants from
around the globe I was deetained
with, I would do my best to let the world know of our plight in the
different detention facilities in the
United States, the abuses, evilness, human rights abuse, your being sent back
to countries you left when in infancy, many left when you were infants. Of you separated tearfully from wives,
husbands, children, homes, friends, jobs, for minor things. Homeland Security appealed Judge’s decision to let me go from their
captivity despite the fact I WAS BORN IN THE “UNITED STATES OF AMERICA CANAL
ZONE” UNDER U.S. JURISDICTION and DEPORTED” me back here, while setting free
others with criminal records on the streets of the United States. Check the Public Records of the Bradenton
Courts to verify what I am saying.
Check the Bradenton, Tampa, St. Petersburg attorneys and news
media. I got many “deported” aliens
phones who can confirm this and more. LOOK CAREFULLY HOW INTERNATIONAL LAWS ON HUMAN RIGHTS, ASYLUM, and
REFUGEE STATUS BROKEN AS “HOMELAND SECURITY” DEPORTED PEOPLE WITHOUT THE OPTION
OF SECURING THEM TO A THIRD COUNTRY.
THESE PEOPLE CRIED TO ME TEARFULLY I FELT HELPLESS I COULD DO NOTHING
FOR THEM. I got so disgusted I told
my US friends what is happening and if the US Government allowing “Homeland
Security” to do these things. I don’t want to be identified at all ever with the country doing these
horrible human rights violations when MOST COUNTRIES IN PRACTICE WERE
UPHOLDING THESE INTERNATIONAL CONVENTIONS ON HUMAN RIGHTS, ASYLUM AND REFUGEE
PROTECTION. ALL THE PEOPLE OF INDIA,
CHINA, CARIBBEAN, EUROPE, LATIN AMERICA, AFRICA. I WAS DETAINED AND HELPED
THE BEST I COULD. I WANT TO REMIND
YOU AGAIN, THE AMERICAN PEOPLE ARE NOT PART OF WHAT “HOMELAND SECURITY AND
I..C.E.” ARE DOING TO YOUR LIFE AND
FAMILY. MOST DON’T EVEN KNOW WHAT IS
GOING ON. THE FEW OF YOU WHO WENT BACK VERY ANGRY TO YOUR CONTRIES FOR THE
INJUSTICE DONE TO YOU, REMEMBER I TOLD YOU, THE AMERICAN PEOPLE AND COUNTRY
HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THESE THINGS.
THIS IS JUST A BAD DARK PERIOD THE COUNTRY IS GOING THROUGH. THE FEW OF YOU ANGRY AT ME THEN AT
FACILITY BECAUSE YOU CLAIM “DESPITE WHAT THEY DOING TO YOU, YOU STILL
DEFENDING THEM. YOU ARE JUST LIKE
THEM” REMEMBER I WAS BORN UNDER U.S. JURISDICTION, AND THE ABUSE WE WERE ALL
SUBJECT TO WAS GREATER ON ME AS I SHOWED ALL OF YOU MY US BIRTH DOCUMENTS AND
BIRTH PAPERS. And it calm down a lot
of you saying ”if they do this to you who were born under US Jurisdiction
imagine us who are immigrants what they can do to us”. Yes, that’s true but don’t lose hope. I always told you all my case is worse because with those U.S. Birth
Documents had I fall in enemy insurgents power who are fighting the U.S.,
their country fighting the U.S. they would not deny my U.S. Birth. But my life would pay for it they would
say, “YOUR DOCUMENT SAYS UNITED STATES OF AMERICA” yet these Human Rights
Abusers named “HOMELAND SECURITY “AND” I.C.E.” CONFISCATED MY U.S. BIRTH
DOCUMENTS, LICENSES. “DEPORTED” ME TO A COUNTRY JURISDICTION I WAS NOT BORN
UNDER., TELL ME DON’T RETURN UNTIL FIVE YEARS (HA, HA, HA) TOTALLY UNABLE TO
GET MEDICAL HELP, UNBEARABLEINTENSE PAINS, MY HEALTH CONDITION GOT WORSE
WHILE UNDER THEIR CAPTIVITY. I am making the American people, International Community know the evil
wicked human rights violations done against me and others nationals. 95% were law abiding immigrants with
family, detained and deported, torn away from their homes, jobs, children,
family by these evil agencies, no different from people forced out of their homes,
lands, by “insurrections”, revolutions or a government, probably more
serious, as its been done by a “WORLD POWER”. WHICH HAD PUBLICLY PLEDGED TO UPHOLD “HUMAN RIGHTS”, “FREEDOM”,
“DEMOCRACY”, “DUE PROCESS” OF LAW AND DOING THESE EVIL THINGS AGAINST
POWERLESS PEOPLE’S LIVES. When the RACIST BIGGOTS, BACKED BY “THE SYSTEM” told ROSA PARKS in the
public bus, “GET UP AND GIVE ME YOUR SEAT NIGGER WOMAN”. She could cowardly get up and sit in the
back, fearing being hanged on some tree or pole, but she said “NO” setting
off the CIVIL RIGHTS MOVEMENT IN THE UNITED STATES AND BEYOND. Many of YOU COWARDLY SHIELDING BEHIND, “I
AM JUST DOING MY JOB” should remember ROSA PARKS and the few brave out there,
NO “MEDAL OF VALOR” can reward your brave, courageous, full of perils, worry,
uncertain actions. “Uncertain” because we never know which turn these matters
can turn, but trusting always in DIVINE intervention when THE CAUSE IS RIGHT

HEARINGS ON JUNE 2006, THESE PEOPLE “DEPORTED” ME ON MAY 31, 2006. Many people in the United States tell me to “sue, sue for this evil
they have done and compensate for all evil they did, and harm” to my health
and every official who carried out these Human Rights abuses and probably
still doing them, should come under investigation. My friends in America say, “this is the only way to stop these
evil actions, sue them”. Well, I am

in 10 DAYS FROM WHEN I WAS DETAINED NOVEMBER 22, 2005 FOR NO REASON AT MIAMI
AIRPORT. My detention put a
spotlight on the horrible Human Rights violations done to powerless, detained
migrants. “ITS NOT NORTH KOREA” ALL
THE RESPECT THE PEOPLE OF NORTH KOREA DESERVE, AS I KNOW NOTHING OF YOUR
COUNTRY. All I can say if all what I
described here and more to be told sounds like something that is happening in
a country that truly RESPECTS INTERNATIONAL HUMAN RIGHTS CONVENTIONS,
TREATIES, PROTECT ITS MINORITIES AND MIGRANTS WITHIN ITS BORDERS, RESPECTS
AND OBEY ITS OWN CCNSTITUTION??? Because I have been “railroaded” before by these racist bigots from
way back in the apartheid racist Canal Zone, my grandparents, who migrated
her to work on Canal construction.
THE CARIBBEAN WORKERS WHOSE SACRIFICE, DEATHS AND INJURY CONTRIBUTED
MIGHTILY, SO THAT THE CANAL FROM 1903 TO 1979 COULD BE ‘THE MOST STRATEGIC
ECONOMICALLY, GEOGRAPHICALLY, MILITARILY FOR THE UNITED STATES’…1966

VALUABLE WORKERS AND THEIR DESCENDANTS WERE PAID BACK WITH INJUSTICE,
INEQUALITY, UNEQUAL PAY, APARTHEID “SILVER OR GOLD ROLL”, DISCRIMINATION,
NON-CITIZENSHIP ON US JURISDICTION WHEN THE JOB IN CANAL ZONE OVER OR FIRED

violation to my Human Rights, Civil Rights will be to no avail. But at least THE WORLD OF SIX BILLION
SOULS WILL KNOW THE EVIL THAT WAS DONE TO US and all other Nationals, while
in the aftermentioned Detention Facility.
And to warn your Nationals what they could be exposed to when
innocently thinking they would be treated fairly and with justice when going
