My training statistics reveal both BG management triumphs and disasters. I'll use this information to choose the basal rate and carb intake I need to keep me in top shape during the race.

My most recent training statistics are:

Date Starting basal rate Starting BG BG1 (time) BG2 (time) BG3 (time) Ending BG Carbs during walk Notes
5 June .2 units for 1 hour 11.0 10.0 (40 min) -- -- 9.3 0g More detail

You can also view all my training statistics.

If you're in Dublin on the 11th of June, please come cheer me on. If you'd like to donate to Insulin Pumpers, please visit the Insulin Pumpers fundraising page
