| 6 c. rice chex cereal 1 c. chocolate chips 1/4 c. peanut butter 1 c. 10x sugar |

| Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter together in a microwave safe bowl. Pour over rice chex, and mis well. Then place coated rice chex in a brown paper bag and pour in sugar. Roll top down and shake untill all pieces are coated. Pour into a clean, new dog dish, serve. *great for parties. * |

| 1/4 c. butter 1/4 c. flour |

| Melt butter in saucepan. Add flour and stir untill browned. Add 2 c. broth or drippings. Heat on high until thickened. Stirring constantly. * If done right, there will be absolutely no lumps in this gravy. * |

| Cream Filled Strawberries | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 18 jumbo strawberries 1 c. whipping cream 1 package vanilla pudding 1 c. milk 1 tsp. almond extract |

| Cut off stems and cut a deep "x" in top. Gently spread each strawberry apart with fingers, set aside. In small bowl, beat whipping cream untill stiff peaks form. In another bowl, prepare vanilla pudding as labeled, but use only 1 c. milk. Then gently fold in whipping cream and almond extract with rubber scraper. Spoon mixture into pipping tube. Fill strawberries, cover and refrigerate. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Homemade Capucinio | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Here is something that I have learned to do when I want a capucinio and don't want to run to the nearest cafe to get one. Brew your favorite coffee or make an instant cup of coffee. Add either Nesquick chocolate milk mix, or vanilla milk mix to taste. Add more cream if desired. Then squirt ready whip on top. If serving to other people maybe garnish with a few pieces of shaved chocolate or sprinkle some of the powder on top of the whip topping. This is a real neat way of making your own capucinio's without the expensive machine, or running to the nearest cafe. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
