Cookies
No Bake Oatmeal Cookies
2 c.  sugar
4 T.  cocoa
1  stick butter
1/2 c.  milk
3/4 c.  peanut butter
1 T.  vanilla
3 c.  uncooked oatmeal
Mix sugar, cocoa, butter and milk in medium pot.  Bring to boil for 1 and 1/2 minutes.  Stirring to keep from burning.  Remove from heat, add peanut butter and vanilla.  Then add oatmeal and mix well.  Drom on wax paper by spoonfull and set to dry (over night works best) 
Snickerdoodles
1/2 c.  butter
1 1/2 c.  flour
1 c.  sugar
1  egg
1/2 tsp.  vanilla
1/4 tsp.  baking soda
1/4 tsp.  cream of tarter
2 T.  sugar
1 tsp.  cinnamon
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Beat butter until creamy.  Add half the flour, sugar, egg, vanilla, baking soda and cream of tartar.  Beat untill combined.  Add the remaining flour.  Cover and chill 1 hour.  Shape into 1" balls.  Combine sugar and cinnamon and roll balls in mixture.  Bake for 10 minutes.

yield=  4 doxen one inch cookies.
