Cinnamon Roll Cookies

1  package dry yeast
1/4 c.  warm water
1 tsp.  salt
1/4 c.  sugar
1 c.  crisco
5 c.  flour
1 c.  milk
2  eggs

sugar
icning

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Add yeast to warm water and set aside.  Cut salt, sugar and crisco into flour.  Add all ingredients together, mix with hands untill well mixed.  Then cover and refrigerate over night.  Roll out to 1/4 inch thick, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar, then roll it up, and slice.  Bake for 10 minutes, or until nice and golden.  Let cookies cool, then swirl with icning.  

Icning

10x sugar
vanilla
crisco or butter
milk

Mix sugar, vanilla and butter together.  Then add milk,  just a few drops at a time until it's the right consistancy to swirl over cookies. 

*Be very carefull with milk.  *
*Add a few drops of food coloring to mixture to give it some x-mas cheer.  *

Peanut Butter Easter Eggs

1  stick butter (melted)
2 c.  peanut butter
1 lb.  10x sugar
3 c.  rice crispies
8 oz.  chocolate bar
1 c.  chocolate chips
1/4-1/2 bar paraffin wax

Mix melted butter, 10x sugar and peanut butter in large bowl, use hands.  Slowly add rice crispies.  Mold into egg shapes and place on wax paper.  Refrigerate overnight.  Melt chocolate chips, chocolate bar, and paraffin in a double broiler.  Use tooth picks to dip eggs.  Lay on wax paper and refrigerate.
