WONDERS AROUND A POND
Set your pond up to the directions on the box or for a natural pond these flowers are heaven!!

For the edge of your pond choose-
Petunias, Sage, Tickseed, Iris, Arrowhead, Snapdragons,
For the fill in and flowing away from the pond choose.
Margols, Sedum.
Plant in warm sunny part of the water, water Hyacinth-blue -lilac-blooms
Also in the water-Elodea Densa- submerged, spreading water plant with small white blooms.
And of course, Water Lily, red,white,or gold,fragrant flowers with green, bronce or purple leaves.
Deadhead, Irises, Snapdragons & sage to prolong blooming & spray with Funginex if fuzzy growth appears on stems.
Winter flowers for the area around the pond are
Bowle's Golden Sedge- Winter Heiotrope, Canada Wildrice, Salix Fargesii
Watch out for plants that are Deadly to children ,animals,& us! Check with your Garden specialist PLEASE!!!
