Soak clay pots first for a couple hours then empty water- Use good potting soil with a fertilizer for pots or one-bushel basket of a good compost, dig into bed a few inches. Start at the back of bed-use Sweet Cicely"Myrrhis Odorata" leaves taste like celery & anise flavor,edible.

Flowers of Garden Sage taste like Sage-leaves are aromatic. ADD lots of Nasturtiums in front of Garden Sage & Pot Marigolds,flowers of nasturtium taste like a spicy flavor-leaves are edible also. Finish with Johnny-Jump-Ups all around and in pot and up front in a bed.
