Denise has been dancing since 1989, learning from all the "Old-Timers" and polishing it into a smooth and personal style. She has placed in many competitions, but most recently placed First in both the California Bal-Swing Championships and the National Jitterbug Championships, 2001. She has taught at various venues through out the US and the World, including the world-famous Derby and Satin Ballroom. |

The
undisputed "Shag King" of LA, "Sailor" Mike Mizgalski,
half of Tip & Mike's Swing Pit, has been a central figure on the LA
dance scene for the past few years, once placing for and once winning
the coveted Camp Hollywood Shag Jam title. Mike's authentic Collegiate
Shag style has been the envy of many. Sailor Mike's winning partner from the 2001 Shag Jam, Tise Chao has also been a regular on the LA performance, competition & teaching circuit. In addition to skills in Lindy Hop, Shag & Balboa, Tise is also well versed in Jazz, Salsa & Flamenco. She has placed regularly at Camp Hollywood, Monsters of Swing, and the Golden Gate Ball. |

| KELLY
PALMITER is known throughout the local and national swing scene. He has
been teaching swing and performing for several years; teaching both group
and private lessons. He has recieved instruction from many of the top
names in swing. He has also received instruction in Salsa, the Hustle,
and other popular social dances. He is also a regular figure in the Metro
Detroit Salsa scene and works at bringing the two worlds of Salsa and
Lindy Hop closer together. LAURA BERGER is the owner of L.A. DANCE in Lake Orion, Michigan. She has been teaching Ballet, Tap, and Jazz dance to all ages for the past seven years. Her students are National Champions who have brought home numerous first place awards and gold medals. She has been swing and salsa dancing for over 2 and 1/2 years attending workshops both nationally and locally in Hollywood, Balboa, Carolina Shag, Salsa, and Hustle. |
