THE MARKET

The market travels, but is in San Remo, on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Below is a couple of companies that sell copies of clothing and bags. Some items sold in the market are copies and some are the real thing. Items like pots and pans are sold too.

CREDIT CARD INFORMATION

Most stores give you no tax if you spend at least 200 Euros (€). Some are not involved with the tax-free partnership, as it costs the store a certain amount of money to the European Economic Union. Look for the sign in the window. Tax free applies to Asians and Americans only, not Europeans because Europe is in the same economic community.

Most stores do take the major credit cards, but some do not take American Express or Diners Club, so be prepared, especially in the Market. Some Market venders still do not take credit cards, so be prepared.
