Tonight's gathering is a small dinner party hosted by the Senator and Katherine foir their best friends, Charles and Victoria Barrett. The ladies are dressed in their finest gowns, and the gentlemen are looking quite dapper. The chef is hard at work in the kitchen preparing scrumptious treats for all the guests. Annie the maid is greeting the guests with tea. For the musically inclined, wonderful songs are filtering down from the Music Room on the second floor. The table in the Dining Room is set with the finest china and crystal, waiting for the dinner to be served. On the third floor, Amanda is being quite the good little girl, playing quietly in her room with her friend, Ruth Barrett. In the Nursery, Nanny Rose is looking after the new baby, Emily Hannah.
