I quite liked the image of this girl, and these are the 5 colours
I chose from it to make my swatch.

I then used the same colours to make this gradient.

I used 3 of the colours to make a pattermed tile.
I have no experience of using filters or plugins, so I simply painted
a 15 x 15 image with the 3 colours, then I used
effects ~ Art Media Effects ~ Brush Strokes, and just played
around with the settings until I found an effect I liked.
I also tried this as a text colour, but felt it made the page
a little insipid.
