EOCS 7450      Dr. Ken Taylor
This is a 3-semester hour requirement for students in the certification program in Educational Leadership---regardless of the Masters' degree held. This preparation for leadership experience is designed to help students develop a personal framework to guide their actions as school leaders.  It is expected that activities will be carried out throughout the taking of coursework.  The goal is for students to develop the knowledge, understandings, skills, and attitudes appropriate for effective leadership as they observe organizational, administrative, planning, paperwork, and management phenomena, reflect on these observations, and interpret them against their personal frameworks, needs of students, and expectations for schools.
