Laxman Ji,One of the main and prominent choosen disciple of Swami Pt.Parmanand Ji.It was due to his efforts that we are able to read vast collection of his Guru Pt.Parmanand Ji.Had he not kept these priceless volumes under his custody, we could have been unfortunate by lossing it,like we lost many valuable work done by other Saints.

Laxman Ji,was a good poet also.Interestingly in the other half of the epic "RADHA SAYAMVAR" which was written by His Guru Swami Pt.Parmanand Ji. "MOHANI ROOP" The other part of "RADHA SAYAMVAR" was written by Laxman ji.

Bulbul wrote "SAMNAMA" this Maha kavya gave the new look in the traditional Kashmiri writing.He wrote many Nazamasand prose but :NAL DAMYANTI" proved to be famous and beautiful Masnavi ever written in kashmiri.It is very unfortunate that this was not published till date.Many of his Raslelas and bhajnas were also not published.

Laxman Ji,was resident of Mala Pora (Bana Mohalla) Srinagar.But after his marriage and due to job he went to Nagam and lived rest of his life there.He did his Sadhna and meditation at Gautam Nag (Annant Nag)and at MahaRagnya Baghwati Shrine at Badipura near (Nagam chari-sharief Kashmir India).

He died in 1905.He knew it before and explained it himself in two lines in Presian,Which says:

" BEYA-I-BAGBAN BAGRI KAFAN ANDAKHAT DAR GULSHAN"

" KI ZARI PAYI IFVI RAMJI AAND SHARAN LAXMAN". Home ."
