'Which', 'How' and 'What' questions are best.
Avoid 'Why' questions. You should be saying 'why' something happens as part of your conclusion.
Introduction
This gives the reader some background information to your topic and may include the reason why you chose it.
Be brief and specific.
Hypothesis
Predict the answer to your question.
What do you think might happen?
Test Procedure
This explains your method.
Have a control.
Make comparisons.
Record raw data in your log book.
Explain your variables, remember only change one at a time.
Repeat experiments (About 3 times depending on the experiment)

You may log, then display this information.
Is your information clear and easy to understand?
Often results will be easier to follow and read if shown in graph form.
Include samples, photos, diagrams, sketches to enhance presentation.
Conclusion
Do your results agree with your hypothesis?

Why do you think things happened the way they did?
Try to be specific in your explanation.
