There are two satellites of Sudor. The first and biggest is the Nightorb which waxes and wanes in fixed cycles of 28 days each, upon which the months are based. The second, smaller satellite is the Chysaar (Kriisar) which travels in such a path that its golden light can be seen but four times a year (every 92 days), thus giving us our seasons.
Of note also is the Bloodtail, a very large, red-coloured comet which is seen every 11th year. Fortune-tellers, seers, and astrological advisors indicate that the appearance of the Bloodtail is a sign of extreme importance.
