Sam has already got a huge amount of acting experience despite his young age.

In the UK we only really see Sam on the screens as Kane in Home and Away. But there is so much more to Sam than that. In Australia Sam does more than just Home and Away. He has had guest appearances on other TV shows and does a lot of theatre work. In his work he has worked with Clayton (MAV) Lyn Collingwood (COLLEEN) and Stephanie (CHARLOTTE) from Home and Away in other productions.

Sam has his own theatre company, Actorcorp, based in Sydney. In this section you can read about some of Sam's acomplishments both on screen and on the stage.

I asked Sam what had inspired him to take up acting and was told about how his mother was interested in drama and that his parents have and still are very supportive of his career choice.

Sam hopes that Actorcorp will one day travel overseas and come to the UK to perform the plays to different audiences. Sam says that his favourite genres are Irish plays and Shakespeare. He would love to direct and star in Macbeth in the future.

Sam has no preference between screen and stage acting; they are totally different from one another. With stage it's live and there are no retakes, whereas on TV if mistakes happen it can be re filmed. The scripts for screen shows can have to be learnt in one day, whereas for stage performances the scripts are given out weeks in advance.
