My Experience: I have been in this career field for over 18 years. I started in a Gemby Int'l Salon in Southern California after I recieved my state license. I went on to manage several individual stores of a well know chain. I moved here to Texas and began creating a niche for myself in the North Dallas community. This niche has enabled me to go all the way with my dreams and goals. I currently am an independant contractor, renting a suite in the beautifully designed Salons By JC. I continually attend trade shows and take technical classes that keeps my experience updated.
My Specialties: I specialize in a revolutionary procedure that allows frizzy /curly headed clients to break free from the wasted time and energy spent in the bathroom taming their unruly curls. I am one of the only stylist in Dallas that does this procedure. It is called Japanese Hair Straightening or Thermal reconditioning. The sytem I use is called Rusk Thermal STR8. I have mastered a wonderful color/foiling technique that many stylists do not employ. This technique allows me to create a color and foil application fast and as close to the scalp as possible. 11/2- 2 hours. I love to cut hair! I am competant in scissor/razor and clipper cutting. I have also established a credible reputation in doing "specialty hair". Whether you are the bride or bridesmaid, prom attendee or just have a special evening planned where you need your hair to be exuisite, I am able to give you the most up to date, flattering updo for your special occasion! My Work Ethic:I run my business slightly different than your previous hairstylist. I do not actively book your next appoinment on completion of your service. This allows me to take clients at the last minute if need be and certainly with no more than a weeks' notice. Of course, if you would like to book 4-6 weeks in advance I can accomodate that as well. My work week is typically Tuesday through Saturday. I try to set aside Sunday and Monday, but if you need to come in on a Sunday please do not hesitate to ask. During the week, if I have no clients booked I am here at home, updating this page for you to enjoy. Having said this, I really do not take "walk-ins", but operate on an appointment only basis.
