Attacks: (Note: each of these attacks have a designated level at which they can be used, and once Arctic moves to another level then she can no longer use her old attacks.)
Arctic Tundra Gale-offensive-(Normal) She starts with her hands at her chest forming a tiny triangle. There she says "Arctic" a tiny blue orb appears in her hands.Then, she spreads her arms allowing the orb to float away from her body and says "Tundra". Finally, she slaps her hands together squashing the orb and yelling "Gale". A powerful storm wind carrying tiny sharp ice crystals blows at the enemy.
Arctic Driving Snow-offensive-(Super) She begins like the other sailor scouts for their special attacks.(ex: Venus Love and Beauty Shock) and yells "Arctic". A ball of blue energy forms in her hand. Then, she lifts both her hands over her head and puts more energy into the ball and yells "Driving". Finally, she spins around quickly and releases an arctic storm out of the ball of energy while yelling "Snow". think Jupiter oak Evolution and you have the basic concept.
Arctic Glacial Fissure-finishing-(Super) She begins with her arms down and crossed in front of her where she says "Arctic". A huge orb of light blue energy forms in front of her crossed arms. She then uncrosses her arms and lifts them to chest height while holding the evergrowing orb between her hands, palms toward the enemy. She says "Glacial", and the orb is released from her hands. It races at the enemy creating a glacier that locks the enemy in ice when it touches them. Finally, she twists her fingers so that they look like claws, and mutters "Fissure" while slowly pulling her hands apart. The glacier and enemy crack in two, and the enemy's energy is then given to Arctic.
Queen Nestasus Subvert-offensive-(Imperial)(Note: Queen Nestasus is the supreme ruler of the rime dryads. A winged demon with all power over ice) She begins with her hands over her head and slightly crossed. Here she says "Queen". She then seperates her hands and brings them down to her sides open and says "Nestasus". Finally, she crosses her arms over her chest palms down and closes her eyes. Queen Nestasus descends from the sky sitting on a throne and holding a very long whip made of ice. Arctic opens her eyes and mutters "Subvert". Queen Nestasus lashes out with the whip and literially whips the enemy to near death. She then cackles a high pitched laugh and ascends back into the clouds.
Crystal Life Wand Obliteration- finishing(Imperial)she stands with her staff in her left hand and crossed in front of her where she says "Crystal" She then lifts the staff over her head where she says "Life". On "Wand" she spins the staff over her head while she spins once. Finally, on "Obliteration" she slices the staff down through the air in front of her before it rests behind her back. A huge blue energy ball shoots out of her staff and races at the enemy.
Crystal Life Wand Rejuvenation- defensive(Imperial) the same thing as obliteration, but instead of an energy ball, a gentle ice blue mist washes over the battle field reviving all dead or injured civilians and/or senshi.
Diamond Ice Crystal Power- (ANY)an attack similar to Serena's silver crystal power
Eternal Banishment- (Any)(Note: all senshi unknowingly have the ability to use this attack, but Arctic is the first and so far only to do so.) (this is an attack she's only used once(as of right now), because her temper is the only thing that powers it. After the attack is finished, she has no memory of ever using it) Arctic's eyes begin to glow, and a sinister ice blue aura surrounds her frosting over the ground as it grows in size. She races at the baddie and picks them up off the ground by their neck and chokes them. She then uses her eyes to captivate the enemy while she mutters "Eternal Banishment". The enemy's soul is then torn out of its body and banished to another dimension. The enemy is turned human, but they have no emotions, conscience, or no meaning to their lives. Finally, the aura disappears, Arctic throws the limp body away from her, her eyes lose their glow and she collapses from the immense loss of energy. (Note: The aura and effect on the ground differs from senshi to senshi depending on her element)
History: Kumi was born into a family that had sent its children off to train to be knights, guardians, and other warrior positions since Elysion was first created. She was one of the only girls born into her family, and because of that, her family decided to go on with their tradition and sent her to training when she was 7. She developed her skills and was hand selected to be the queen's guardian. During the Silver Millenium,she worked as a personal body guard to the queen of Earth, Queen Dimitori.(Darien's Mother) While she was there, she fell in love with Prince Darien's body guard Kiyoshi. Kiyoshi went to the Moon Kingdom to battle the Negaverse along with Darien and was killed. (Kumi wasn't a senshi at this time)Hearing about what had happened and what Queen Serenity had done, Kumi requested to be released from her duties and cryogenically frozen until Kiyoshi was reborn. Queen Dimitori agreed and took Kumi to the arctic, but she knew that Kumi would want to help the sailor scouts once Kiyoshi was reborn, so she had a blue diamond and a cat (Cicero) placed inside the cryogenisis chamber with Kumiko for when she awoke. However, the king and queen had no idea that granting Kumi's wish had sealed their fates. After the queen left the arctic, an assassin struck. He killed the queen by turning her neck in a full circle twice.(ouch) After he was finished with her, he went after the king. He used illusion to fool King Rekkusu into believing that he was under attack, then when the king wasn't looking, he stabbed him from behind using a thousand poisoned daggers.
