Mission: Arctics mission is to defend the royal family of Earth from the king and queen of the Shadow Realm, and ultimately wipe the Shadow Realm from existance on any plane or dimension.
Hair: light blue with braided pigtails that are looped back up and attatched with hairclips (The hairclips gain ribbons in Imperial form)
Skin: as a human- fair / as a senshi- ice blue
Eyes: as a human- beautiful royal blue/ senshi- dead is the only way to describe them, they're still blue, but they have no highlights.
Height: 5' 3"
Body: same general curves as the other senshi
Weapon: Bident/ staff- Arctic got her bident from her heart crystal. She had been tracking a new heart snatcher, when it had surprised her from behind in an alley. It had started pulling her heart crystal out, but Arctic was able to tear herself out of the black laser and into the street. She knew that Serena was at Darien's, so she made her way there. The heart snatcher caught up with her and finished pulling out her heart crystal, but Neptune, Uranus, and Serena had heard her screaming. While they were fighting the heart snatcher, Arctic passed out. Queen Dimitori appeared to her and told her what she had to do before sending her back to conscienceness. Arctic used her energy to order her heart crystal to shatter itself. Seeing what had happened, the heart snatcher bailed, and Uranus and Neptune chased after her. Queen Dimitori used what was left of her energy to pull Arctic's crystal back together to form the top of her Arctic Imperial Power transformation wand. (See henshin section) Arctic woke up once her heart crystal was reformed, but she didn't know what it was or what it was for until one day when she was in the cryogenosis chamber that she had slept in for a thousand years. Frozen in the ice of one of the walls, Arctic saw what looked like a white stick. As she got closer to it, a light blue glow came from it, and Arctic saw the sign of life appear on it. She dug it out, and saw that it was made of white gold, but it looked like a piece was missing. Suddenly remembering her heart crystal, Arctic took it and placed it on top of the stick. In a blinding flash, the reformed heart crystal sealed itself to the wand, and Queen Dimitori appeared. She explained what the wand did, and fully explained her mission. To wipe out the shadow realm.
Henshin: Arctic Power- normal, Arctic Ice Power- super- She uses a wand similar to Pluto's, but it has her sign in it. She also has the same basic henshin as the other scouts, but when the water that shoots up out of the ground disappears it leaves her in a block of ice. The ice then shatters, and she is flying through the air. The shards form her senshi uniform, she moves her head to face the front where her tiara forms. She opens her eyes, spins around once and lands in her pose, with her right hand over her heart and the left behind her back.. Arctic Imperial Power-Imperial Sailor Arctic- Her wand is three silver hearts of various sizes which hold a large blue diamond in the center on top of a white gold handle with her sign at the bottom- She grabs hold of the wand and spins around summoning the block of ice while releasing the wand. While the uniform is forming, the top of the wand folds out forming the top of her staff, and the diamond floats down and rests in the center of her staff. Her sign floats out of what remains of the wand and lands on her forehead before forming her tiara. She opens her eyes, catches her staff in her right hand, spins it over her head while she spins around once and lands with her staff crossed in front of her.
Uniform:
body suit- silver
gloves- to her elbows and light blue with a silver band at the top
skirt- normal- same blue as her gloves, super- same blue as her gloves, but with a silver band around the bottom, imperial- same blue, but with a silver and darker blue band around the bottom.
boots- to her knees same blue as her skirt with a silver band at the top
tiara-normal and super, crystal clear, made of ice, with a dark blue gem in the middle/ Imperial, the ice is replaced with white gold
Personality: (Many would think that because of Kumi's senshi name, she would be cold and unfeeling. Actually, she is the exact opposite. Her name has nothing to do with her personality. She is just called Sailor Arctic, because that is who Queen Dimitori appointed her to be.) Kumiko is a bubbly girl. She loves to have fun and be around people. She's what you would call a drama queen,and has a tendency to take things personally.She only cares enough about school to pass; It's not that she can't apply herself, its that she won't. But don't let her fun persona fool you. Kumi knows when its time to get serious,of course she only DOES get serious during life or death situation. She harbors a nasty temper under the sugar coating, especially if her friends or family get hurt as a result.
Strengths: Kumi is physically strong in her legs. She has friends that care and never let her down, and she has the love of her life,Kiyoshi, to back her up.
Weaknesses: Kumi's temper is her major weakness. Sometimes, when her temper gets the better of her, she goes into battle blindly. But her temper could also qualify as her most powerful strength, because her temper gives her the energy needed for an attack that nothing can escape from. Kumi can also be very emotional if any of her friends get hurt or killed in a battle. Kiyoshi would say that her biggest weakness is her apathetic attitude towards her school work.
Hobbies: Singing, drawing, swimming, writing,playing volleyball and dancing
