Government Conspiracy or SOP (Standard Operating Procedure)SUMMER 1992Georgia Bureau of Investigation taught a course at Georgia State University on “domestic terrorism”. The course taught that Al-Amin’s West End community was a terrorist base. It used ideology and not evidence, issuing propaganda to the minds of law students and law enforcement academy candidates. 1990-1996 ATLANTA POLICE DEPARTMENTAtlanta Police investigated 14 homicides between 1990 and 1996, naming Al-Amin as a suspect in each homicide with no evidence. “We took a long hard look and the bottom line is we were unable to prove anything,” according to deputy chief of detectives C. B. Jackson (AJC). 1990-96 FBI and ATFThe FBI began investigating Al-Amin for “domestic terrorism”. This included investigating the World Trade Center bombing and gun-running (both no link to Al-Amin). In 1995, ATF arrested Al-Amin for aggravated assault. It was highly unusual for the Federal Government to get involved in a local aggravated assault charge. The victim, William Miles, claimed he did not know who shot him and that he was pressured by the police to implicate Imam Jamil. |
