July 9th, 2006. We took our views to a fundamentalist slavic church.
This church was the source of many protesters that have been attending our events. Our message was religious traditions and social "norms" do not justify oppression. We also wanted to make the point that we could also protest at their weddings and other events if they continued to harass us at ours. This is America, and freedom of speech works both ways.Sept 3rd, 2006. Counter demonstration at Rainbow Festival Street Faire.
We had a good time and received a great deal of support. The expected protesters did not show up so we spent the day enjoying the fair.
