Drywall - The Interior Takes Shape! |

September 1st officially marks the beginning for the drywallers.....
Ron has been running around tucking insulation in every crack and crevice. He has foamed along the foundation and framing. We should have no drafts or cold spots in this house.
Okay! It took 17 weeks to frame the house, 4 weeks to wrap, and we are still waiting for the carpenters to finish the back porch......but the drywallers have decended and are setting a record breaking pace hanging the wall board!
In spite of several days of nasty wind...which blew the insulation out of the walls and down the street. And several days of rain.....the drywallers have made fast work of the downstairs walls.
If they keep up the speed - we just might make up a week or two that we lost during the framing.
