The plant is a bit harder than a normal object. You need to have trained for at least 1 week to even be able to get a glimpse of the aura.
The tree is harder than the plant because it has more life in it, thus making it harder to see. You need to stand at least 3 times its height away to get a proper view of its aura.
The big tree is even harder than the tree because it has got more life in it. Again, you need to stand 3 times its height away from it. A big tree seems to have a fountain of light coming from the top of it for some reason. Some people say this is its spirit.
Do the same as you did with the other objects (look to the side and beyond it, feel drowsey ect.), But this time when you see the aura it seems to 'pulse' (expands and contracts). Stay focused and do not tense any muscles or it will dissappear. When you see it it is a truly magnificant sight. You will feel the sense of accomplishment. I have not got to the stage myself of seeing the human aura because I have been training only for 3 days (3 hours).
