| The only side effects that I know of are that you have days when you see auras when you dont want to see them. That is not a real side effect but a consequence. | |||||||||||||||

| To improve your skill level you need to practice regularly. 5 minutes an hour stimulates your brow center rapidly but 5 minutes a day is about average speed. You can also learn N.E.W |

| N.E.W stands for New Energy Ways. This simply means that you can control the energy inside of your energy body. This technique also rapidly increases the skill level of your auric sight. Many people have said after they have learnt N.E.W that they can see auras just like pressing a switch. | |||||||||||||||

| Yes, but there are only a few and these are only minor ones. You tend to get small blisters, water-filled blisters and minor pain every so often. These effects are nothing serious so dont let it put you off. I, myself, have got a few blisters on my fingers from practicing N.E.W. They are in the shape of a thin oval. They do not hurt, in fact I only noticed I had one today. |
