PERSONALITY: Cold, evil, merciless, twisted, sadistic, manipulative, power hungry, short tempered, and somewhat selfish. He uses others as pawns to reach his goals and does away with them in the end.
BIOGRAPHY: Born in Okinawa, Japan, his father was a member of the Yakuza (the Japanese mafia who are involved with drugs, prostitution, etc.). Nagumo�s mother was his father�s favorite woman, so to speak. He got his son involved with the clan at an early age. It was a fatal mistake that led to his downfall. By the age of sixteen, the power hungry teen had his own secret division of the mafia and was quickly becoming a force to be reckoned with, rapidly expanding his territory. Already he was a master in the arts of the samurai and ninja, having trained under the top two martial arts masters on the island. However, his father soon discovered his son�s Yakuza involvement when one of Nagumo�s hit men killed one of his father�s. Nagumo was severely punished by his father, beaten and disowned. Nagumo lived in an old apartment building by himself, hell-bent on revenge.
He became more and more involved in the Yakuza, growing ever more powerful. When he turned twenty one, Nagumo tracked down his father in Tokyo and easily managed to sneak into his house. Nagumo smirked as he repeatedly stabbed his father to death. His father finally died after fifty seven stab wounds when Nagumo plunged his sword into his father�s gut and turned the blade. Soon afterwards, Nagumo tracked down his mother and killed her because she never went looking for him when he was kicked out of the household.
With his father out of the way, Nagumo lived in Tokyo, becoming increasingly more powerful and richer, killing off anyone who challenged him or posed a threat. Soon, however, one man stood in his way: Keiichiro Shinomori, Nagumo's half-brother. Needless to say, Nagumo did away with Keiichiro. Years later, the Rogue Prince assassin (Sin), found Nagumo and fought him. He meant to kill him, but decided to heed Kenyamon�s advice and hand him over to the authorities. Nagumo received the death penalty, but he escaped prison a month later and fled to the United States, intent on revenge. Once he got word of Nagumo�s escape, Sin decided that he would carry out the execution himself. The Yakuza lord began terrorizing the rare few that Sin loved. Months later, on a rainy October day, what was supposed to be the final battle ensued. The fight between Sin and Nagumo lasted for nearly thirteen hours. In the end, Sin barely won. He decided not to kill Nagumo so that he would not be like him. Nagumo has not been seen since. One thing is for certain, though: this is far from over...
QUIRKS: He has a strong rivalry against Sin for reasons known only to them. Despite the fact that a lot of his qualities are bad, Nagumo could be a strong and loyal ally if one gained his trust and respect (which is extremely difficult to do, but not impossible). He received the arrow tattoo under his eye after killing his father and gaining widespread recognition around Japan.

THOUGHTS: Sin's arch enemy, a Yakuza crime lord who became what he is because of revenge eating away at his heart. I wanted to create a villain who would stand out in his own country. Now, if you visited Japan and passed a 6' 8'' man in a black leather coat with red bushy hair and a tattoo on his face, you would HAVE to do a double take! But, yeah, seeing as Sin's past is a mystery, I needed someone from that past to return to terrorize the samurai.
