At the end of our second day we came to a high alpine valley. Here we set up a base camp and spent the next three nights.
We camped in the clearing just below the lake.
And enjoyed the fishing...
And there was plenty of time for cribbage and reading...
High above camp, Dad and our guide Ken, scrambled up a nearby peak.
